Artificial Plant Rental for Events
A slightly cold reception hall, a stand lacking depth, a wedding terrace that needs structure: artificial plant rental solves all three situations without watering or wilting. Bamboos, palms, olive trees and planters compose convincing green settings, delivered ready to place and collected once the party is over.
Bamboos, palms and planters: the range
Bamboos remain the safe bet for marking out a space: the Manila artificial bamboo 2 m, from €16 excl. VAT, lines up to form a light hedge, and the Senlis planter with bamboos offers an all-in-one stand divider without partitioning. For a seaside atmosphere, the Artificial palm tree - 150 cm, from €29 excl. VAT, works in pairs beside a bar, while the Artificial palm tree - 340 cm makes its mark in large volumes. The Mediterranean register comes via the Artificial lemon tree and the Pack of 5 mini artificial olive trees, perfect as table centrepieces. The Artificial boxwood ball 40 cm and the decorative vine stocks punctuate a buffet or an entrance. Pot covers and planters (wood, Epinal, Senlis, industrial pallet) finish the whole with coherence.
Composing a green setting to suit the event
- Country wedding: olive and lemon trees around the ceremony arch, boxwood balls along the aisle, vine stocks on the tables.
- Seminar or convention: rows of bamboo to separate the plenary room from the coffee break, palms to dress the empty corners of a room.
- Trade show: planters filled with bamboo along the edge of the stand, two 260 cm palms to signal the entrance.
- Tropical evening or product launch: banana trees, tall palms and light garlands strung between the trunks.
One simple rule: mix the heights (1 m, 2 m, 3 m) and group the plants in threes for a massed effect that looks more natural than a single isolated plant.
Delivery, Drive and rental period
The plants travel under covers and arrive dust-free; our teams install them in the positions marked on your plan, then collect them at dismantling. The smaller items (boxwood balls, mini olive trees, pot covers) are easy to collect from our warehouse with the Drive (pick-up) service if you prefer to handle transport yourself. The prices shown correspond to a 1 to 3-day rental period; for a week-long trade show or a long exhibition, a decreasing rate for longer periods reduces the daily cost. Cleaning is included. For a quote, tell us the surface to be dressed and the style you have in mind: the quote follows within the day.

Greenery comes into its own with the rest of our event decoration: light garlands to string between the bamboos, vases for table arrangements, lanterns at the foot of the palms, or artificial animals for a complete jungle setting.
How many bamboos to divide a 6-metre space?
Allow one bamboo every 50 to 60 cm for a light hedge, i.e. 10 to 12 plants of 2 m. For a denser screen, double the row or opt for filled Senlis planters, which each cover around 1 m.
Can artificial plants stay outdoors?
Yes, for a day or a weekend, provided the pots are weighted down in case of wind. Avoid prolonged exposure to full sun or rain, which dulls the foliage.
Which palm height should I choose?
Under a 3 m ceiling, the 150 and 210 cm models are sufficient. For a hall, a marquee or an atrium, the 260 and 340 cm palms provide the presence you are looking for.
Do I need to plan for pot covers?
Our plants are delivered in their technical pot; the grey pot cover or the wooden planter provides the finishing touch. We advise including them from the quote stage for a consistent look.
